Ice Cream Sliders

This is brilliant. Seriously it's so good. It's a business idea, and I'm going to share it with all of you in the good faith that you won't steal it for yourselves. And for those of you who've been around for the hatching of my "Just a Spoonful" business idea...this one makes that one look like child's play. Let me explain...


I was enjoying a lovely dinner with my roommate and her boyfriend tonight, and for dessert they pulled out some Stew Leonard's Mini Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches (Yeah, I know, that name's gotta go).



There were several of them left, and by several I mean at least two per person, and B said, "well, we better finish them." My first thought was, "No sir. I will not eat multiple ice cream sandwiches." But then I realized, holy cow, Mini Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches are nothing more than Ice Cream Sliders! And nobody would ever eat just one slider, that would be crazy. And so Ice Cream sliders were born.



It's perfect. Ice cream cones are for kids, cookies are for dorks, and cupcakes are soooo 2000 and LATE. Enter Ice Cream Slider. A delicious and chewy chocolate chip cookie, creamery fresh ice cream, and you're in business. I could really see this taking off in the gourmet gastronomy direction. And to boot, profits at an Ice Cream Slider shop would instantly double the profits of a boring scoop shop, because nobody eats two ice cream cones, but everybody eats two sliders...if not more! This is guaranteed to succeed. So just remember, you heard it here first.

Sheesh, it's been too long since I posted last. I'll never do that again. I promise.
