Mass Media Fellowship.

Here's some exciting news that was just announced, I'm the 2013 American Association for the Advancement of Sciences Fellow to NPR! This means that for 10 weeks I'm going to be working at the NPR headquarters in Washington D.C. writing math and science stories. And everybody who knows me knows that I am just plain ole' obsessed with NPR. So, this is like a dream come true.

Now, here's where you come in: I need a place to live for June, July and August. I need it to be in Washington D.C., in a safe neighborhood, and I need it to be relatively cheap. So, I am accepting all possible leads on housing.

If you have a friend who is on the fence about subletting to a fun NPR reporting PhD mathematician, you can show them this head shot to sweeten the deal (courtesy of Shawn Graham).

Also, my defense is in 10 minutes. Wish me luck!
