Due to my extreme (read: impulsive) nature and inability to wait for people to buy me gifts, I received not one but TWO glorious pairs of moccasin boots for my birthday this year. But like any good mother feels about her children, I love them both equally.
On the outset, one might not believe that leather fringe and wooden beads would be so versatile, but I swear, they go with everything. In particular, this fierce footwear helps me maintain my 2010 New Year's resolution to stop not wearing spandex every day. Speaking of New Years...it's time to start thinking about my 2011 resolution. Does anybody have good ones in mind (I know it's early)? Please comment.
Chile Update: 10 days until take off! My presentation on Ternary Sums of Squares and Triangular Numbers is ready to go, I'll be doing a practice run on Friday.
I fully support your boot wearing efforts this holiday season. I too am making an extra deliberate attempt at expanding my collection and in fact recently put in a special order for some over-the-knee (non-hooker) boots from Luxembourg :) I love your blog! Keep writing!
